Transitioning through life’s hurdles can be daunting, and over the years I’ve come to recognize the paramount importance of self-care. I firmly believe that if we neglect our own well-being, it becomes challenging to effectively navigate the challenges life throws our way.

More About Me

Throughout the years I recognized the importance of self care; however, due to life’s adversity, self care is a top priority for me. If I am not filling myself up with ‘good and healthy’ then it is super hard to give anything. Running around on empty is challenging as I have struggled with this for several years. One area of my life that ‘fills me up’ is spending time with family: in particular, my grandchild. Who knew how much fun it would be to spend time with a little one.
