This private practice is purposefully operated to ensure clients experience minimal waiting times for initial and follow-up appointments. We do not maintain a waiting list and will tell you up front if we have availability or not. Typically, new clients receive an appointment within 2 weeks from the time of completing the intake process.
We strive to offer flexible scheduling at different times of the day and week. Our therapists offer services on weekdays, evenings and weekends (Saturdays) to accommodate a variety of schedules. We will do our best to match you with a therapist that is trained to meet your needs during a time that is convenient for you. Virtual therapy is also available and can be a convenient way to access services without the demands and costs associated with in office appointments.
The fee for clinical services is based on the recommended rates of each practitioner’s discipline and ranges from $155 to $210 per 50 minute session. Couples therapy is conducted during 90 minute sessions and is billed for that timeframe. Complete details will be discussed at the time of intake with the Client Services Coordinator.

Counselling or psychotherapy services are reimbursable through many private health insurance plans. Employers purchase health plans for their employees from health insurance companies and only you can access the details of your unique health insurance information. You are responsible to know the details of your insurance coverage and whether or not counselling services are covered. It is also important to know what type of therapist your plan covers (i.e., psychologist, clinical social worker, counselling therapist etc.) if you would like to use your benefits package.

We ONLY offer direct billing to members of the CAF, VAC, RCMP and persons eligible for NIHB benefits.

We DO NOT OFFER direct billing to personal health insurance plans. You will be responsible to pay for the full cost of therapy at the time of your appointment and can seek reimbursement through your insurer.
