Looking for a counsellor can feel daunting and it is important to find someone with whom you feel safe and heard by. In our work we will explore and strengthen our connections to ourselves, each other, our communities, and our environment. By incorporating a variety of evidence-based therapeutic techniques, together we will aim to broaden your awareness, decrease your distress, and uncover your own innate capacity to heal.
