A Little Bit About Who We Are:

East Coast Psychotherapy & Trauma Clinic is a vibrant multidisciplinary team of mental health professionals offering a range of therapeutic services to children, youth, and adults. We offer interventions for mental health concerns as well as psycho-diagnostic and WPATH assessments. Our team has a diverse set of professional interests. We value the pursuit of knowledge and strive for excellence within our chosen disciplines. Our team is committed to ongoing professional learning and clinical advancement and embraces opportunities for collaboration with an aim to foster a rich, collegial and fulfilling work environment.

Work Environment & Scope of Practice:

The East Coast Psychotherapy & Trauma Clinic is an established private practice with a sound reputation. We receive a regular stream of referrals from a variety of sources and can assist you in getting established. Our Associates receive referrals based on their areas of expertise and professional interests. At the East Coast Psychotherapy & Trauma Clinic, Associates manage their own cases, determine the size of their workloads, and can easily access support through the larger team via the client services coordinator, regular group/peer consultation sessions, and full-time support from the practice leader. We believe the work of therapy requires practitioners be fully supported in a safe, encouraging and collaborative workplace culture. We have a warm and cooperative atmosphere that seeks to foster connection and support amongst team members while also respecting the autonomy of Associates to build a workload and schedule of their choosing. Team members have the flexibility to work virtually from home, from the practice, or a combination of both.

We are seeking Associates who possess a strong clinical skill set and who have clearly identified areas of expertise in their chosen modalities of counselling and psychotherapy, with a preference for certified practitioners (i.e., EMDR, IFS, SE, DBT, etc.) or a willingness to pursue certification.

We would love to learn more about what makes you unique and how you could bring more diversity to our team.
