Summary of Position

We are a mission-driven mental health clinic seeking a Registered Psychologist to join our compassionate and skilled team. Who You Are and What You Can Expect:

You are a warm, grounded, and highly skilled clinician who is passionate about clinical work and has a particular interest in working toward trauma resolution associated with adverse life events. Whether these events are “Big T” or “Little t” traumas, you’re dedicated to helping clients experience meaningful, lasting change. You bring a strong foundation in evidence-based therapies and assessment and you’ll work alongside a dynamic and experienced team of therapists who value collaboration, clinical excellence, and compassionate care. Together, we share insights and strategies to continually enhance our services and outcomes.   • Psychologist or Psychological Associate (autonomous or supervised practice) to provide Psychotherapy, Psychoeducation and/or Psychological Assessments.
  • PhD or Masters in Counselling or Clinical Psychology
  • Have relevant working experience in your chosen area of practice
  • Registered with appropriate licensing body in Nova Scotia
  • Possess Professional Liability Insurance or be willing to obtain
  • Demonstrate professionalism and effective caseload management practices
