Full Bio

If you have been experiencing persistent anxiety, triggers, interpersonal issues, or find yourself living in a state of hypervigilance, it may be time to seek out support. The long-term impacts of trauma, chronic stress, burnout from work and/or caregiving, and challenges in your interpersonal relationships have a way of creeping into our daily lives without us even recognizing that it’s happening. As a trained trauma therapist, I can meet you wherever you are in your journey of healing. I tap into a toolbox of various therapeutic modalities that work best for each individual. Most importantly, I aim to build a relationship based on trust and collaboration with you to help you feel safe, in control, and empowered in therapy and beyond. In our work together, you can expect to reduce your anxiety and feel more at ease, learn ways to cope with your life’s struggles that feel right for you, and respond to your triggers and past experiences in a way that feels grounded and in your control.
