Sometimes life asks us to carry more than we were ever meant to hold alone.

You may have found yourself here because something no longer feels sustainable. Perhaps anxiety has become a constant companion, past experiences continue to echo into the present, or you feel disconnected from yourself in ways you can’t quite explain. Maybe you’ve spent years adapting, surviving, and pushing forward, only to realize that surviving is not the same as living. Whatever has brought you here, I want you to know that your experiences make sense, and you do not have to navigate them alone.

Our minds and bodies have remarkable ways of protecting us. The patterns that once helped us survive can sometimes become the very things that keep us feeling stuck. Trauma, anxiety, OCD, attachment wounds, and struggles with self-worth often show up quietly—in the way we speak to ourselves, the relationships we create, the choices we make, or the ways we try to stay safe. Therapy is an opportunity to gently slow down, become curious about those patterns, and begin creating space for something different.

My role is not to tell you who to be, but to walk alongside you as you reconnect with the parts of yourself that have always been there. Together, we’ll explore your experiences with compassion, deepen your understanding of yourself, and develop practical tools that support lasting change. I strive to create a space that feels calm, grounded, and free from judgment, where you can show up exactly as you are.

I work with adults experiencing trauma (PTSD and complex PTSD), anxiety, obsessive-compulsive disorder (OCD), attachment challenges, self-esteem and self-concept concerns, identity exploration, and life transitions. My approach is rooted in genuine connection and the belief that healing happens not through perfection, but through feeling seen, understood, and safe enough to grow.

Taking the first step toward therapy can feel vulnerable, but it is also an act of hope. If something in these words resonates with you, I invite you to book a free 20-minute consultation. We can talk about what has brought you here, answer any questions you may have, and explore whether we are the right fit. Wherever you are in your journey, you don’t have to walk it alone.

Outside of therapy, I enjoy slowing down and making space for the things that help me feel grounded. I love practicing yoga, creating art, and reading poetry and novels. I’m also drawn to philosophy and the different ways it encourages us to think about ourselves, our relationships, and what it means to live well.
