If you are here because you are feeling overwhelmed or stuck, then you have made an important first step. Reaching out is the hardest part. I offer a safe and welcoming space to help figure out the next steps.

I offer individual therapy work to adults over the age of 18, and provide a non-judgemental space to be heard. My approach is grounded in building trust and rapport, as nothing meaningful can happen without building a safe relationship.

I have many years of experience working with a diverse group of people. For several years I have worked with women and men who survived Intimate Partner Violence, as well as women involved with the justice system. Since working in private practice, I have had the privilege of supporting many people through the most difficult experiences of their lives and providing them with coping strategies using different therapeutic approaches that work for the individual. I primarily draw from mindfulness-based approaches, as well as EMDR, and Trauma Informed Stabilization Therapy.

As a Registered Clinical Specialist, my focus includes childhood trauma, PTSD, Complex Trauma, addiction, anxiety, depression and Intimate Partner Violence.

Outside of therapy, I spend most of my time with my partner and 2 dogs. I have a Boston Terrier puppy named Sully and a 4 year Frenchie named Louis. I love to spend time playing with and walking my dogs.

I also enjoy spending time with family and friends; often enjoying an evening playing games or doing crafts. When given the opportunity, I love to travel and had the privilege of working in the UK for over 6 years.
