I strive to individualize and tailor treatments for each client to support them in reaching their goals. As an Occupational Therapist my training has taught me to be client-focused and to work with clients to improve their everyday functioning. I enjoy continuous learning which has led me to pursue training in several therapy modalities to support multiple mental health problems.

I pride myself in providing an open, warm, empathic and non judgemental space for clients. I use humor to build a strong therapeutic relationship with clients. I strive to ensure that all therapies are client centered and will work with children/youth, and their caregivers, to collaboratively choose the modality that will best suit their needs and build on their strengths in working towards reaching their therapy goals. I like to build confidence in clients and their support systems by celebrating both small and large milestones on their way to achieving the life they have envisioned for themselves.
