Need a little help dealing with the major stressors of life? or is living life in your situation feeling particularly challenging? You’ve come to the right place.

I am a 25 year + experienced trauma informed, therapist with extensive experience in Oncology, Women’s Health, Palliative Care, Youthwork, Women’s and Youth Homelessness and helping people cope, transition and “live-well”, alongside life’s most challenging moments. Whether it’s a life altering event, or diagnosis, grief, loss or bereavement, family issues, separation, chronic illness, living with neurodiversity, university adjustment or empty nest, these adjustments and those like them, can be hard and even feel as if they are changing who you are. Managing them is exhausting! However, YOU are still in there. I have partnered with and found light and resilience in the most difficult of situations and I can promise there are opportunities for hope for those hard days to feel better and life to feel meaningful and more in control. We may even uncover some rewards along the way.

Outside of counselling, I spend a lot of my time outside, gardening and going anywhere there is a beach. I do also love a race car or a roller-coaster too! My most cherished moments are spent at the family cottage in Northern, NS. I have 2 cats and I’m desperately advocating with the family to adopt another Dog.
