Helping people improve the quality of their lives by addressing the psychological concerns they face has been my life’s mission. In the process, people learn to manage and cope with their personal difficulties and distress, and find a sense of calm, personal growth, and joy.
Over the years, I have amassed a full toolbox of therapeutic approaches, strategies, and techniques on which I draw to address the problems my clients face. The choice of tool is arrived at through a collaborative process with the client, taking into consideration the nature of the problem, the characteristics of the client, and the stage of change where the client finds himself, herself, or themself.
