Helping people navigate life’s challenges through compassionate, client-centered, and trauma-informed therapy is something I take great pride in. I provide a safe, open, and nonjudgmental space where clients feel empowered and can explore their experiences, build resilience, and work toward meaningful change, fostering insight, growth, and emotional resilience.

I have extensive experience supporting individuals and providing therapy to address a wide range of concerns including anxiety, low mood, emotional regulation difficulties, addiction, risk management, and both complex and developmental trauma, as well as Post-Traumatic Stress Disorder (PTSD). My approach is collaborative and strength-based, designed to enhance each client’s confidence and sense of agency. I often incorporate humor to foster strong, trusting therapeutic relationships and create a comfortable therapeutic environment.

My background includes working with adults facing a range of mental health challenges, as well as providing therapy, support, and intervention for youth and adolescents. This dual focus has equipped me with a deep understanding of the unique needs and treatment approaches for each age group. I also have extensive experience delivering care and treatment in both inpatient and outpatient environments, including hospitals and community-based settings.

Each treatment plan is personalized to align with the client’s unique goals, ensuring the support they receive is relevant, effective, and empowering.
