Are You New To Our Clinic?
All prospective clients are required to complete a free phone consultation with our Intake Team. The call is short (approximately 15 minutes). Our Intake Team consists of Registered Social Workers who have extensive experience in mental health and addiction services.
During the call, we will answer any questions you have, discuss your therapeutic goals, and ensure you are a good fit for our team. Based on your goals, we will then match you with an available therapist.

Create a profile
If this is your first time using Jane App, you will be prompted to create a profile.
Complete the intake forms
Once you create a profile, you will be asked to complete intake and consent forms.
Select A Date & Time
You'll be able to view our Intake Team's schedule and select a date and time that works for you.
