Full Bio
Finding hope when we are struggling can feel like gasping for air. Often the hardest step is admitting that we need help, so when people do reach out to begin therapy, or even begin thinking about doing so and just check out the website of a clinic like ours, I know that the hardest step is already accomplished.
I bring a combination of deep hope and empathy, grounded in decades of experience watching people overcome seemingly impossible odds to awaken their fullest potential, along with the most updated scientifically validated approaches to healing and concrete and practical knowledge, skills and techniques, in order to quickly empower people to unlock their own unique healing journey.
I take a person-centred and results-oriented approach that is both holistic and evidence- based, while being tailored to the specific goals and needs of each individual with whom I get to work. One of my greatest joys in life is watching people heal, and witnessing the ripple effects of their transformation in their families and communities.

But if you judge a fish by its ability to climb a tree,
it will live its whole life believing it is stupid.”
